There were 7 of us (5 adults two children) This is a spacious well appointed house looking over water with a pool and a hot tub and a very short
walk to the beach. I can confidently say that all of us very much enjoyed staying there.

House was located on lagoon w EASY walk to beach. Really a great location!! End of driveway is right across the street to the beach access path. House was great for our family of 6, 2 parents and 4 teens. Would be great for young kids too!!

Home was clean and in a great location. Management staff was helpful and responsive. Overall, our stay was great. The outdoor shower was a nice addition as well as the restroom near the shower. The table tennis in the garage came in handy during the tropical storm. And... what can I say about the screened porch. It was fantastic. This is a perfect beach home with nothing missing. Thanks for allowing us enjoy your property.

This was our 3rd stay in this property. It is perfect for grandparents (us), two children and spouses, and small grandchildren. Beach is close, nice pool and dock for fishing. Location is beautiful.

We have been to Hilton Head a number of times and this time brought friends. They loved the accommodations! The house is very nice and has a great location. The management company is very helpful and accommodating! We will be back.

We enjoyed are stay at 121 Mooring Buoy. The facility was perfect for our family with 4 young children. Whether we were in the pool or a short walk to the ocean it was very convenient.

This house on the lagoon is gorgeous!!! The owners have made nice updates in the two years since our last stay. New furniture, brand new deck... we couldn’t be happier. We counted, it’s 400 steps to the beach, nice path as well. The fact that it’s a ranch and is a two zone air conditioning system, house is very comfortable to sleep!!! This is our favorite home on Hilton Head Island and we have stayed in so many!

The home was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed to accommodate a large family. With an easy 5 minute access to the beach and a pool at the house it was easy to keep everyone happy.

Our family of 10 joined my 90 year old parents on Hilton Head for our Christmas celebration. The house was beautifully appointed and made ready for us by Sea Turtle Getaways prior to our late arrival. The rooms were comfortable, nicely decorated and spacious. The house had 2 separate indoor/entertaining areas and everyone had their own "space" when required. Because of the cool temperatures, we did not have an opportunity to take advantage of the lagoon, pool, or outside screened deck

We stayed for a week in this house in Palmetto Dunes at Hilton Head for the second year in a row. We love this house because it is perfect for the grandparents (us), our two daughters and their husbands and five small grandchildren. Enough room to be separate if we want or be all together. Easy walk to the beach, sunny pool, dock for fishing, screened in porch looking over the lagoon. A fun week at the beach.

The house is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything to make your vacation a wonderful experience. It has a great pool, hot tub, and the most relaxing lagoon view from the entire back of the house and deck.

We had a wonderful vacation at 121 mooring buoy! The home was almost completely updated and very clean! the bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty large. We loved sitting on the screened in porch enjoying the view of the lagoon and made the very short walk across mooring buoy to the beach often. We've been to Hilton Head for the past 12 years and we feel this is the best location as you have lagoon views and still easy access to the private beaches of Palmetto Dunes and a great place to bike. The pool was large and we chose to heat the spa and used it every day also. Having kids, we were concerned about the pool being around the side of the house and not having direct access from the house. While I still feel this would be ideal, it wasn't much of an issue.
If I'm being picky, an Ice machine a couple laundry baskets would have been helpful!

Our 11-member family (Grandma, Grandpa, kids, grandkids) had a wonderful week at this house. Easy to the beach, nice pool, fishing off the dock on the lagoon. The house is great with open kitchen and family area, large porches (screen and open). Quick response by Sea Turtles Getaways when the gas grill needed to be replaced (new one arrived within 2 hours of our call). Highly recommend this house.

Location was close in proximity to beach. Layout of house was perfect for our
families needs. Also, beautifully decorated. View was spectacular with lagoon just outside our backdoor. We enjoyed the beautiful wildlife each day. Had quite a few sightings of local deer around the grounds.
Since our family enjoys cooking, it was so nice to have a well equipped kitchen
at our fingertips. We will definitely rent this vacation property in the future.

This property was actually better than shown in the photographs! It has a long driveway and is on a large plot that creates an oasis of calm.
Lovely views from the rear and pool overlooking the lagoon and only a short, easy walk to the beach.
The house was very well presented and fully equipped. From the moment we opened the front door we knew we had made an excellent choice in 121 Mooring Buoy!

great house and wonderful location. However, be very careful with the front steps. They are wood and any rain or water causes them to be slippery. several of us slipped during our stay
