Savannah, GA - Hilton Head International Airport (SAV)

Stay on I-95 to Exit 8, Route 278 East, Hilton Head Island, SC
Go approximately 10 miles to the Hilton Head Bridge
After crossing the bridge, continue on Route 278 approximately 2 miles and stay in the left hand lane
Take the CROSS ISLAND PARKWAY (As of July 2021, the toll has been removed).
Once over the cross island bridge, proceed in the left hand lane to the first traffic light and turn left onto Arrow Road.
Sea Turtle Getaways will be .05 miles down on the left

Proceed to the 1st traffic light and make a left onto Route 278 Business
Continue on Route 278 Business in the right hand lane to the Sea Pines Traffic Circle and take the first turn off onto Palmetto Bay Road. If you approach the Circle in the right hand lane, you will be forced onto Palmetto Bay Road
Stay in the right hand lane and turn right at the 2nd traffic light on to Arrow Road
Sea Turtle Getaways will be .05 miles on the left
