Great Place To Stay in Hilton Head
When we arrived the home was clean and the sheets were fresh. 10 min bike ride to beach, 15 min walk. Super comfy king bed and has everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. We went to some restaurants nearby and were very impressed with the food, good gluten free options. Definitely will be staying here again in the future.

Great House and Location for Weekend Getaway!
House was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for weekend or extended stay. Kitchen was well stocked and spacious. Screened porch over looking lagoon was our favorite spot to enjoying breakfast and again in the evening for family game night. Only steps to the pool or short bike/car ride to beach (free beach parking for guests). Definitely recommend the house for a HH trip!

Fantastic place to stay in Hilton Head!
Spacious and comfortable house in a great location! We were a 10 minute bike from the beach and a 2-3 minute drive from the Island's main roundabout with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. If you're a drone pilot, this is a great place to fly. The house is located just outside the island's restricted airspace.

29 Kingston Cove Rocks!
This location is a great place to get to know Hilton Head Island. And for those who are familiar with the island - the home was centrally located. It also has easy access to the pool. The property management is extremely responsive: the AC system went out mid-week during my stay and was repaired on the same day. Between doing work and surfing for fun we were pleased with the Internet! It was fast and reliable. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, bowls, etc. Also, the back porch sets the tone for a great cookout as it overlooked a small lake. The grill in the back yard was clean and filled with propane. I slept well because the house had very comfortable bedding! Fed Ex delivery was successful to house for an item we left at home. We’re coming back here for sure!

First time in Hilton Head - 28 Kingston Cove made it comfortable
I stayed at 28 Kingston Cove for a ladies getaway. We comfortably fit 5 of us in this house and enjoyed to closeness to the beach, the pool, the restaurants. The back porch overlooked a body of water and we were able to have coffee or cocktails back there and observe some wildlife. We didn't have bicycles or play golf but those things are readily available. The paths are very nice to walk along, as well. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes and utensils and included a Keurig coffeemaker, so bring your pods! I had a nice stay at 28 Kingston Cove and hope to make it an annual trip.

Perfect location beautiful home
Our family stayed at Kingston Cove 28 during our children's April school vacation. This was our first trip to Hilton Head and this house helped make our holiday a special one. The house is located in a beautiful, gated community, Shipyard Plantation, toward the end of a quiet cul de sac. This allowed our kids to ride their bikes and rollerblade without worry, through the safe Spanish moss and foliage-lined streets. Additionally, the house is within close walking distance to the pool (a few houses down) and the backyard had plenty of space to play and look out for lizards, birds, and other wildlife. The house itself suited our needs perfectly, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a nice open layout, allowing our family of five more than enough space. The screened-in porch was particularly nice to relax at the end of the evening with a nice view of the lagoon. Ultimately, location is what sets this property apart, there is a beautiful tree-lined walk down a path directly to the ocean -- passing a pond with large turtles that the kids adored. I will also note the incredible bike paths in the area and a plethora of good restaurants close by. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back to this property for our next trip to Hilton Head.

We had a wonderful time staying for two months in HHI in Shipyard at Kingston Cove. The house we rented was just perfect for us, and was in a great area. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. We have re-upped for next year. The folks at Sea Turtle Getaways were wonderful and very friendly, and always gracious in answering any questions we had. Shipyard Plantation has great walking/bike paths and is easy access to other points on the HHI.

Convenient Location, Thoughtful Details!
We enjoyed the flexibility of being able to drive right up to the beach (and park for free), or to walk the path instead. Being steps away from the pool was nice, too. And breakfast on the screened-porch was the perfect way to start the day. The house was well-kept and had thoughful details--the Ocean Tide Clock was my personal favorite. We'll definitely be back--in fact, have already booked a return visit for this fall!

Excellent Home and Fantastic Location
This home is great for any vacationer. It is the perfect home away from home in Hilton Head. We loved the location of it and everything the property had to provide. A simple 15 min walk or 10 min bike ride to the beach was extremely convenient. Also, easy access to the pool. Plenty of restaurant options, shops, golf and other activities close by. Even though there are many delicious restaurants that are easy to bike or drive to, the house has a stocked kitchen to cook a meal at home. (even a grill!). The home is spacious with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living / dining area, and kitchen. And the screened in porch that overlooks a calm pond is definitely a perfect place to relax or have a meal. Highly suggest staying at Kingston Cove 28 for your next vacation in Hilton Head. We definitely plan on booking again.

Perfect for guys’ golf trip
Loved staying here for a guys’ golf trip! Great golf options, easy walk/bike ride to the beach to relax, close to so many great restaurants (shout out to The Sea Shack!), and beds for each of us - couldn’t ask for anything more. Now my wife is jealous and is looking at this place for her girls’ trip!

I will be back
I will get better at posting reviews in real time. Sorry. This was my second vacation on this property. The first thing I noticed was the new keyless entry front door. I loved this upgrade. (I have a tendency to forget my key). I opened the door and was greeted with brand new flooring! It was beautiful! It made a huge difference both functionally and esthetically. Much to my surprise, the bedrooms had been redecorated! (I thought they were beautiful before). The owners provided every comfort from home and then some. The only way to know if a kitchen is fully stocked is to cook in it. This home checked every box from wine glasses, extra large pantry, pretty dinnerware, even a pitcher to mix up your favorite beverage. There were enough pots and pans to prepare a true Italian fest. I felt at home. I ventured out more to local restaurants and had a hard time choosing between so many delicious options. The beach was beautiful. There were many local pubs that had live music in the evening. The (canal) behind this home is breathtaking to look at. It’s also a safe distance to observe alligators. I did some research on alligators and they are not aggressive creatures people believe them to be. I loved seeing the mom and her babies sunning a bit. In case you haven’t figured it out, this has become an annual vacation for me. Each time I find something new to love. I wonder what that will be next year?!

First time
I apologize for not posting this sooner. I had the best time! This was my first time in Hilton Head and I was fortunate enough to find this home. The things that impress me the most is cleanliness and overall esthetics. This home had both! The furnishings were tasteful and went along with the vibe of the area. The only thing worth mentioning is the wall to wall carpeting. Although clean and no signs of heavy wear, I think the carpet should be replaced with tile or LVP. (I made mention of this when leaving). Kitchen was well stocked. Beds and pillows were comfortable. It felt more like home, only better! Close to the beach. Close to everything. People were friendly. I will book again!!

Cute and Peaceful Place
28 Kingston Cove is cute. It’s big enough for a group but small enough that you don’t lose each other. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils for cooking and there’s plenty of seating for meals if you chose to eat in. I loved the screened porch and the view of the pond out back. It’s also very quiet and peaceful—yet convenient to the beach, restaurants and other things to do on the Island.
