It was a wonderful visit. We have stayed at this house numerous times. We do plan to stay there again.
Housekeeping did not leave as clean as they usually do upon our arrival. The beds may need to be replaced soon. One needs to be careful on the deck during the day it is extremely hot to the point of burning ones feet.

Easy access to the beach. Nice pool. House was well stocked and had a very nice floor plan. Great kitchen. Overall, plenty of room all. Parking was a little challenging because of the angle in the driveway and trees on either side. But we managed to get in and out ok. Would have liked to use pool light for kids at night but it may have been disabled for guests because of local laws regarding turtle nesting.

We have traveled to Hilton Head for 30+ years and this house is the nicest we have stayed in. The owners have done several renovations inside and out. It is very nicely done. It was clean and very well outfitted for an extended stay. Nice location and very close to the beach. We have worked with Sea Turtles Getaways for 6 years now. They have always been very responsive when called upon. We will definitely rent this location again.

Spring Break!
We had an amazing time at 5 High Rigger. We read it was close to the beach but didn’t realize until we got there that it was only steps away since it is right on the beach access! The house itself is beautiful and obviously has been updated recently as the kitchen has new appliances and the entire house was very “beachy” and comfortable for our families. It has all the amenities you could ask for including very fast internet for those of us who had to do some work and online school when not enjoying the island. The private pool and spa were great when not at the beach. We look forward to coming back to Hilton Head and would definitely stay at 5 High Rigger again.

Sea turtles getaways is a great rental company. Very responsive to any requests and makes the vacation rental process simple. Friendly staff. Our vacation home was very nice overall but had a couple of needed updates. The carpet in the bedrooms was stained and appeared dirty. I’m sure the cleaning staff ran the vacuum but the stains were beyond what would be acceptable looking wear. The outdoor furniture could use an update or refresh, around the pool. The beds were not comfortable. Other than that, the home had been updated and was well equipped for most any kitchen gadget we needed. And it had nice decor and furnishings. The location was awesome and we really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Overall, a good stay.

Stupendous Place
This home is beautiful and welcoming in every way. Spacious kitchen and plenty of seating for a family. The pool is just outside the living area so you can watch the children swim. The beach is steps away. Plenty of windows for sunshine but with enough shady trees to be cool and nice. It’s a home that is nestled in perfection. Renee, Crane and Selena always take such great care of guests. Superior in every way.

Very clean property conveniently located second row to the Ocean. Only critique is the bed in the master on the main floor. Suggest upgrading to a suitable bed to match the expected level of comfort for the property. Overall, we had a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay at 5 High Rigger. Everything about the house was perfect for our family. Additionally, one of the AC units had a hiccup during our stay and the staff at Sea Turtle Getaways arranged a tech to come to the home who stayed after hours until the problem was fixed.
I highly recommend the house and would gladly stay in any of the Sea Turtle properties based on the great experience.

Wonderful getaway with friends
We had a wonderful time with our friends there! The beautiful beach is right around the corner, close enough to hear the waves. The pool is a great place to get some sun and to cool down, with nice landscaping around to provide privacy. The house has a lovely beachy vibe with plenty of space for everyone to gather together or find a quiet place to work (some of us had to work during our stay). The great internet connection throughout the house helped with that aspect. The house had everything we could have hoped for to ensure a comfortable stay. When planning our next Hilton Head vacation we will definitely try to book 5 High Rigger first.

Fantastic Vacation Getaway!!
Absolutely loved the house!! Perfectly located close to the beach with easy access from the house. Neighborhood is fantastic for running and biking. Loved seeing the deer in the a.m. during my morning run. House is large with modern amenities and very clean. Perfect place to accommodate a large group of people. Pool was excellent for relaxing after the beach. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a get-away with family and/or friends!!

Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island is our go to annually. Sea Turtle took care of us. The house was good, plenty of bathrooms.

We had a great time. The house was great.
The only comment we have is the quality of the shower heads in the master bathroom and also the twin bed room.
Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc

Great Beach Location in Hilton Head
Loved the home and location! We really enjoyed the ability to walk out the back door and take our daily walks on the beach. Nice gas barbecue on the deck so we were able to grill a couple of the evenings while enjoying the pool. Great restaurants nearby if you don't feel like grilling. Also, took advantage of going to the final round of the Heritage. Lots of great golf courses nearby.

The best thing about this house is the location. 3 min walk to the beach! The owners seem to be renovating in stages. Most of the common areas, and some of the bedrooms, have been nicely renovated, and the cleaning crew did a great job. Otherwise, expect old carpeting in the bedrooms, a leaky, smelly garage, an exterior way overdue for maintenance and pool coping that has chunks missing. The management company, Sea Turtle Getaways, Selena and Dakota, were wonderful to work with- very responsive, prior to and durning our trip!

The home accommodated our family, cousins & grandparents very well. Everyone had their own space that worked well for them & great common space. The pool & hot tub were added fun for all. The beach was an easy short walk that our 80 yr old grandparents could walk without assistance. We all had a spectacular beach week!

My family of 7 really enjoyed our stay at 5 Highrigger. The house was clean and the location was fantastic. It is practically right on the beach but still had a very private feel. We had a very minor issue and the property manager quickly responded. I would highly recommend it to others.

Great week on Hilton Head
The accommodations and amenities of 5 High Rigger were outstanding and nothing was lacking. Private bathrooms for each bedroom were an excellent feature, the pool and spa were outstanding and the convenient access to the ocean was most appreciated.
