The condo was perfect. The view was outstanding. It was absolutely wonderful waking up to the sound of the ocean and to gorgeous sunrises. The location to the beach could not have been more convenient. The condo was surprisingly roomy and the balcony was the best part. Once we arrived to our destination we needed nothing else. The staff was helpful and assured us that even though we needed to change from our original rental to this one, we would be satisfied. I would certainly stay at this location again.

We love Shorewood and the convenience it affords- easy beach access, close to shops and restaurants, the great pool. No contact check-in thanks to the rental company mailing an information packet with door and gate codes and car passes.

We have stayed in Shorewood for the past 12 years and in this particular unit a couple of times now. I discussed a few things with Property Management and they were highly receptive. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking at staying at Shorewood.

We have been visiting HHi for 15+ years and love the island. We usually go in the fall and followed Matthew as he devastated the beautiful island. We were so happy to be able to still go and were awed at the progress the islanders had made. Our hearts went out to them. They are truly survivors. We had our usual wonderful time respecting their needs when they arose, and again truly inspired by their island clean up! We have used SeaTurtle Getaways over 6 or more years and have found them, especially Merle, very helpful and responsive.

Condo was very clean, updated and spacious. Great ocean view from the balcony and balcony access from two rooms. Pool is great for little kids because it has zero entry and very close to the beach! Also, in very close proximity to Coligny and other local activities.

Our family of 4 stayed @ 203 Shorewood for spring break 2018. It was wonderful! Seat Turtle Getaways was easy to work with from booking to checkout. Condo location is a short walk to the beach. Kitchen is fully stocked & condo is clean.

We really loved our stay at Shorewood 203! This was one of the nicest decorated condos we have stayed in. The kitchen was equipped with all the basics we needed to cook several meals in. The beds were comfortable. The views were perfect, letting us enjoy the sight of the ocean and the wildlife below on the grass whether relaxing in front of the window in the awesome swivel chairs or on the balcony. Bathrooms were clean and everything was nicely updated. I had one small issue working the door lock but figured it out before anyone had to come, but the staff was SO nice about me calling to ask about it. Truly appreciative of them making sure our stay was perfect. Love the easy check out process. And of course we love having a pool available if you don’t feel like getting into the ocean to swim (jellies!). This may be our new favorite place to come back to!

The check in was smooth- all tech codes worked everytime. In other rentals this is not always so! The condo was clean and comfortable. We cooked many meals without any issues regarding the kitchen appliances or kitchen accessories. The a/c was great, plumbing great, and tv no problems. You will cry when you have to depart, leaving that oceanfront patio view behind! Incredible beach. We had the best time��

We had the absolute best time, this condo was perfect for our family of four. We have two kids and it was so much fun. The living space was great and everything worked and it was amazing waking up to the ocean every day. Would absolutely recommend and go there again. You can walk everywhere and the pool and hot tub were awesome.

All in all I would rate our stay GREAT...making this vacation highly memorable. we were disappointed that we could not connect to WiFi though we had understood we were able to receive.....NOT a dire problem.....we DID notice the AC register when closed had excessive mildew/mold in both bedrooms and living room. A pleasant walk to beach, shopping, restaurants....READY TO RETURN!!!!

Great condo...very beautiful view...easy walk to Coligny Circle.
Easy access to beach and a nice pool with hot tub.
Only wish they had a hair dryer in bathroom...every thing else you might need they had.

The villa was perfect... that is all I can say. The villa was well stocked and had plenty of supplies.
Very clean and well maintained . The Management company was a pleasure to deal with and check-in was a
breeze. Only problem 1 week is not long enough next year we are going for 2 weeks. Property has beautiful
pool & amenities and is close to everything

We love staying at Shorewood 203 - we've stayed here a few times and love the condo - it's well decorated, comfortable, clean, and the view is beautiful. I loved having my coffee on the porch and looking at the ocean every morning. The renovations to the baths are nicely done, the new living room furniture is so pretty and comfortable, and the beds are extremely comfy (even my kids slept in!) The only improvement I would suggest is updating the cookware / kitchen utensils to make it easier to make full meals. Great week and we love staying here!

Weather was wonderful especially considering the forecast for our week! Overall we had another excellent experience with a very nice condo. We have rented this same one for many years with only a few problems which Sea turtle Getaways is always ready to fix. Maybe showing some wear in a few places but nothing that encumbered our stay. we were pleased with the new horizontal blinds in the living room!

a wonderful stay, with a couple of things that needed attention. We've been staying in the same unit for 3 years as I love it- it's Oceanfront and very convenient to the beach. It does need a little attention to the dishwasher as it's not properly installed/connected and would come out when loading/unloading dishes. The coverlets in the guest room have seen better days- lots of wear on them. Other than that- we love 203 Shorewood!

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable. We had a little TV problem which Merle at Sea Turtle Getaways took care of quickly. We love the location and that Shorewood heats the pool. The early bird dinners at Frankie Bones and Stellini's are our favorites. We have used Sea Turtle Getaways for many years and they always make it easy. We plan to go back again next year, God willing!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is in a great location close to plenty of restaurants and shops within walking or biking distance. We loved the view from the condo and the location of the condo within the property. We only had one snag but the rental company took care of it and were very responsive.

We’ve stayed in the same unit a number of years and never had any complaints until this year. I was appalled by the mold in the shower. I expect a lot better for the price I paid. The trash can in the kitchen had coffee grounds inside. And the dishwasher rack had a broken piece that made it difficult to close the door. I’d post pictures of the shower if there was a place to post them.

Because of the pool closure we spent more time on the beach and enjoyed that. Very happy that Seaturtle Getaways had given us a heads up on the situation so we were prepared. The unit was clean and comfortable and our weather was great with only one day of rain so we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in our favorite vacation spot, HHI!

Sea Turtle Getaways provided excellent accommodations from start to finish. The property and surroundings were immaculate. The property is located in a perfect location and very clean. The kitchen is stocked with nice clean glasses, pots/pans, silverware, dishes and extras. So nice. The only concern was the walk in shower’s water could not be adjusted from hot water so we could not use it. However, this was brought to the property managements company upon departure and I am sure that it has been corrected since then. The property management company appears to be very professional.

We have rented this same condo for many years and love our stay in it. It is close to the ocean and has everything we need. Our only complaint is the uncomfortable single beds. Otherwise it was wonderful!

This unit was perfect for our needs. It's location was excellent. As close to the water as was possible (a few hundred feet). Also the start of the very popular Coligny beat was just 1,000 feet to the north. That is where there are dozens of stores/restaurants/bars so everything was in easy walking distance. We rented bikes for the week (highly recommended) and had a blast exploring the miles of bike paths.
The rental company (Sea Turtles Getwaways) was excellent with their communication. We arrived late on a Sunday but everything was there waiting for us. We never even saw anyone in person our whole stay. When we were done, I let them know we were checking out early because of our flights. We simply locked the door behind us. It doesn't get any smoother than that. Both my wife and I agreed we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Sea Turtle Getaways!
For anyone going with teens, I recommend: (1) renting bikes for the weeks, (2) take the alligator tour from H2O sports (ask for Pete), (3) explore the Sea Pines resort ($6 toll to get in to this private community) but make sure you eat at the Salty Dog when you are there. Also try the Skull Creek boat house (beautiful setting, live music and fantastic food). Enjoy!

Very nice condo. We had a great stay at Shorewood!. Would stay in this condo unit again.
Ceiling fans in bedrooms would be a nice added feature and a larger mirror in master bathroom would be useful. Outside patio floor not clean. Lot of debris laying around.

Good except for horrible beds in guest bedroom, so lumpy and soft it was like sleeping on an old worn out pillow. The dishwasher is not secured into the cabinet...scary. otherwise, the unit is very nice with a killer view and the location is excellent, so close to Coligny Plaza with great stores and restaurants.

We have stayed at this property in the past, besides a few burnt out lightbulbs, that were not that big of a deal to me, the property is a great location comfortable beds the bike and umbrella rentals were a great idea this year. I would move down here and a part eight I love the area love Coligany park can't wait to come back.

Loved the location - literally 3 minute walk to beach, 1 minute walk to pool. Parking was easy and safe. We could have never gotten in our car during the week except we wanted to go crabbing on the end of the island. Otherwise - you can walk to shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc. We had 6 people - so the space was a little tight but with the balcony, plenty of tvs and the great pool deck - not to mention the great beach - we did just fine.

We have been vacationing at HHI for almost 20years. We love the whole experience of the bike trails, the beach, the weather, the food, the people and the relaxation we find there. Sea Turtle Getaways has been very helpful over at least a decade! They are easy to contact and quick to respond! The pool was closed this vacation which we were bummed out over, (thus the 4 stars) but They gave us a heads up about the closure and got us a bit of a refund for this when I voiced my displeasure! We ended up spending more time on the beach which we always enjoy, just missed the lounge chairs, pool and hot tub!

overall, I would definitely recommend this property to others. The location is perfect, and everything was in working order and comfortable. A couple areas of improvement- the cleaning service could be improved. As I was vacuuming mid-week, I found dental sticks and children's toys (not mine) under couches and beds. Also, we had to make a quick call to get the proper wifi logins. Other than those small things, it was great and we'll likely re-book the same unit for next week!

The elevator stopped working the day we arrived. The elevator was one of the reasons we picked this unit. It did get fixed the day we left. The toilet in the master bedroom was loose. We did get a refund that we are happy about for our elevator issues. Thank to the couple we talked about our issues.
