Great house!

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Hilton Head! The house was beautiful and offered plenty of space for six guests. The pool and pool table were awesome and there were lots of board games to play. The house is a bit far from the beach for our liking, but the neighborhood is great and very quiet.
The entire rental process was easy and the folks at Sea Turtle were very nice.
The only suggestion I have is adding more silverware. There were six of us and we were washing it at least 2x a day.

My family and I had marvelous time at this home in Hilton Head Island. The house is actually better than described. Very roomy, exceptionally clean and a fairly well stocked kitchen. Sea Turtles was fabulous, also. They even called me on the way down to let me know that the bikes had been delivered and asked if there was anything else they could do for me at that point. SUPERIOR customer service!!

Everything about the house was terrific. Lots of space. Some of the lighting in the bathrooms a bit dim, which is the only negative. All else was truly wonderful.

This was a beautiful house and very clean. We felt at home right away. Having a private pool at your fingertips was wonderful. I miss this house already.

We had a great experience renting this home, it was handled well and we had no complaints about the management of the property. We found it clean and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms adequate.
The kitchen was moderately supplied, though not a big enough pot for a low country boil. We did cook and use the outside grill which was nice.
The pool was a great addition to our vacation and it was kept clean.
My only complaint was with the owner who installed a NEST internet based thermostat and constantly monitored and adjusted our temperature settings to 73 degrees. When I took it off-line I was called the next day. I did not like this intrusion and over control.

Barb and I spent the winter here in Hilton Head. The house was a delight and the staff at Sea Turtle went above and beyond to make sure our stay went smoothly and the house had everything we needed.

We loved our stay in 33 Water Oaks located in Sea Pines. This home is spacious and clean. Special features include a very large private pool area, great for relaxing, even though the water is too cool to swim for us. We had great family time playing billiards. We especially loved this home because it is light and bright with lots of windows, which appealed to us vs a dark home. We loved our time and would love to stay a month or longer.

Great location right in Sea Pines! Appreciate being able to bring our little dog, however a $250 additional fee was a bit spendy for a pet.
The only complaint would be the lack of proper AC upstairs. It was only 65 degrees outside but still over 80 upstairs and it barely cooled down.
I would have been very upset if i rented in the summer paying for this house without proper cooling controls.

You can always call the office with issues, and we will try to address them asap. A brand new A/C for the upstairs was put in earlier this month. We hope you'll stay with us again in the future!

Gorgeous house. Upgrade kitchen and amenities. Very clean and co portable living. I would highly recommend this house to a group of 7 or less.

Our stay at Water Oak 33 was excellent. Very quiet area with plenty of trails to walk or bike around. The house was clean and had everything we need. You need to drive or take the shuttle to go the beach but other than that it is perfect.

Absolutely perfect place for a fun family get together! We have adult kids, and loved the pool table-
The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped, and we cooked large meals and didn’t get in each other’s way. The parking was ok even there is only room for 3 cars in the driveway, any other cars can just park in the Trolley lot. We loved Sea Pines, and the access to everything.

We had a wonderful time staying at 33 Water Oak. The layout and size was perfect for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, outside seating areas and the billiards room. Added bonus that we were able to bring our dog :). We will be back!

33 Water Oak was perfect for our family of 8 adults plus a baby! We were endlessly entertained with playing pool and other games plus swimming in the private pool. We were also convenient to the beaches, activities and restaurants of HHI. The house provides plenty of room to cook, talk, sleep and play. One of our best vacations ever!

Overall property was acceptable. The following items need to be addressed:
1. BBQ needs to be replaced, as the inside has rusted out.
2. Bed spreads in small upstairs room need to be cleaned and a couple of the upstairs pillows could be replaced. All are stained.
3. Finally,the area rugs in the kitchen work area really need to be cleaned. The layout of the house is great and the kitchen is adequately furnished.

It was great house for the price to split the cost with the family accommodated all our needs.The only thing I would recommend is that the owners hire a new cleaning crew that really takes care of their property the way it should be due to it is a very nice home for a rental.

We had a great time staying at 33 Water Oak. It was 5 minutes from beach. The kids loved riding the trolley. The home was nice, especially the pool. Rooms were great size, however the beds were uncomfortable. The only issue we had the whole time was the dryer didn't work. We would stay here again.

Great pet friendly home in Sea Pines! We loved enjoying the pool which provided a lot of shade in the afternoon! The home was spacious and provided everything we needed. The location was an easy bike ride to the front gate and bike trails within Sea Pines!

We had a wonderful time! Home was just as it appeared in pictures. Loved having our own pool to hang out in. (Two year old granddaughter loved it too!) Plenty of room to spread out in. The only thing that could have made it better was a longer vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at 33 water Oak, this was the first time we’ve stayed in this part of sea pines. One comment on the location is it’s a bit far from the beach, it’s about a 15-20 minute bike ride but we drove each day with luck on our side as we got a parking space at the beach club every day. Tip, spaces are typically taken by 10:30 AM. The home was spacious and had everything we needed, The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils and supplies ended! The bed in the master bedroom bed was also fabulous/comfortable which is not something I would typically say at a rental home. Home is very bright and has a good layout that allows everyone their own space. The pool was a huge hit, one issue we were having is that the drains on the pool deck weren’t draining the water Much so we had standing water on the pool deck almost the entire stay. The owners did provide a squeegee which we would squeegee the water off each time, minor inconvenience. We also had issues with the upstairs air conditioning unit but the maintenance staff arrived within two hours of us reporting the problem and had it fixed immediately. Overall we were very happy with our stay! Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home!

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at 33 Water Oak. Sea Turtle Getaways was very easy to work with and easily reachable when I had questions while booking. They gave us a courtesy call during our stay to advise that pest control would be outside spraying, which although is in the contract, no notification is guaranteed, so that was nice. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, about a 20-minute bike ride to the beach. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and the open living / dining / kitchen and separate billiards room provide ample indoor space to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed with cookware, plates, and utensils. The pool was nice and there were ample pool toys / floats for use. Suggestions: The house could use a deep cleaning, as in high touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, etc.) which had visible handprints / dirt such that we spent a couple hours wiping down after a quick trip to the store for Windex and Clorox wipes. Replacement of the coffee pot and adding some food saving type kitchenware would be nice. The limited dish towel / dish cloth (1 of each) and towels / wash cloths (8 of each) is bare minimum. We were a party of 5 and made it with the bath linens, we did purchase additional dish cloths and dish towels for use while there. A bottle of liquid hand soap in each bathroom would be nice, as the small / sample bars provided weren't enough. This may be standard when renting from a management company (we've grown accustomed to ABnB), and if so, full disclosure regarding the limited linens and suggestions for packing / shopping list would be nice. Overall, the stay was very pleasant. I'd rent through Sea Turtle Getaways again and happily return to 33 Water Oak.

We will give your suggestions to housekeeping and we will take care of the coffee maker! It was too cold to get in the pool but the rest of the house was nice. The lighting in the pool table room was inadequate for nighttime play.
