We have been taking family vacations to Hilton Head SC for close to 30 years. Our family doesn't play tennis or golf. We just enjoy the beach and the laid back atmosphere. Everyone can do their own thing. We can ride bikes, take walks on the beach. Would love to stay for 2 weeks if we could get a break on rent.

This was the perfect house for 5 couples to have a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!! Everything there, was as described online. The inside and outside living areas were spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were such a bonus. We paid to have both heated and it was well worth it. Was a very short and easy walk to the beach too! Would highly recommend this house!!

Every few years our sons and there families go on vacation together! We chose Hilton Head Island this year. Loved the house and location close beach. House had everything you you need. Pool did get dirty from all pine straw blowing in to it. Had to clean and sweep area a lot. Very busy on Island,

Ok experience Pictures of the place are a little deceiving. Building new house right beside of driveway so very crowded and noisy with work trucks Spa did not work had to wait two days to get Heater to work

What a beautiful home. We stayed here with 3 couples, no children. It was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen has everything!! Coffee makers, blenders, plates, pot, pans, mugs, silverware. There was never a time we looked for something and didn't find it. The bathrooms also have everything you need. Lots of towels (all sizes). Plus, soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. It is a very short walk to the beach, and the pool and hot tub are gorgeous. There was parking for all 3 cars, and plenty of space inside to be together or apart. The management company was super easy to work with, as were the owners. We would definitely rent this house again!

We have been coming to Hilton Head for over 40 years, and this house is a perfect fit for our adult children, and extended family. Sea turtle was super. They were always attentive to our questions. 21 sandpiper was a dream home at a dream location at a dream price. Everything was above our expectations. Pool hot tub outdoor chairs were wonderful. Big huge roomy place.
Sea turtle wear so easy to work with. Would use them again in a heartbeat!!

The house is very nice and spacious for our family of 10. The kitchen is so well stocked and even has 2 dishwashers! The pool is great with a nice shaded porch area. The only downside is that the house is dark--very little natural light comes in and the house across the street is an eyesore! The rental co. was very responsive. It would be nice to have better quality bath towels and also include shampoo/conditioner.

The house is perfect in so many ways: location, proximity to beach access, proximity to village, neighborhood, design/ layout, space allocation, kitchen, pool area , spa , outdoor recreational space, etc etc. the management company and owner are excellent and very responsive. There is routine service for trash removal from property. Routine pool service ++. The property is very well maintained. I highly recommend this property.

This home was wonderful! The master suites (and bathrooms) were gorgeous as were the other rooms. Our family fit comfortably and the open floor plan was spacious. The pool and covered outdoor seating area was great! It was a very short walk to the beach. Coligny Plaza was a mile away; Harbour Town just a short drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Despite the last 3 days of gloomy weather, we all had a wonderful experience in this incredible house!! Each couple had a master bedroom and bath and each single guest had their own bath, as well.
The kitchen, living and dining area was spacious and complete!!
The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxation!!

Our stay last week at 21 Sandpiper St. was fabulous! We were very happy with Sea Turtle Getaways and found them to be extremely pleasant and responsive to any problems. When we arrived the house was properly cooled, the pool was being serviced and cleaned, and our rented bicycles were lined up outside. The house itself is beautiful and large and accommodated our large extended family perfectly, as it is divided up evenly on two floors. We wished the large family room could have had a bigger tv. The 42 inch felt small in the large room and was not really ideal for 10 adults to gather around to watch the olympics. However, we also weren't there to watch tv so it wasn't a huge problem.The only small complaint, and again it's small, was that we felt the kitchen could have been cleaned a bit better by the cleaning company, but with a short amount of time, we were able to clean it up to our liking. The location to the beach was good-a quick walk down the beach block. We also loved being a short bike ride to Coligny Plaza where we rode to every night for ice cream and shopping. Overall, I would recommend this house and location! We can't wait to return next year!!

21 Sandpiper is a great house in a great location on Hilton Head Island...the house is very well maintained and had everything we needed...kitchen was equipped with everything you could imagine and all items were in perfect shape...beddings were great and the pool was perfect and a life saver in the heat we had. The beach was an easy walk and nt crowded in this area, which was great with the COVID virus foremost on our minds...the only difficulty we experienced was operation of the TVs...call us dumb old timers, but us babyboomers needed some operating instructions on how to get network TV on....all we could find was free movies and it took us till Thursday to figure out how to watch ESPN. That said, this place is great!...nice job, owners! And Sea Turtle Getaways was great to work with....nice nice people.

This is our third year at this specific vacation home. We love the home, its pool, the area, and the proximity to the beach. It accommodates our four families plus four grandchildren very well. Unless our family size changes between now and next year, we'll likely be back. The staff at Sea Turtle has been very good to work with during our three rental experiences.

For a family with adult kids this house is perfect....each bedroom has its own bath...we usually prefer a street closer to ocean, but this is worth it to be a few rows back with the space.

It was wonderful! The house was perfect for our family of 11. Large enough so we could have our own space and yet be together. The only thing I would recommend would be a lock on the door out to the pool high up so kids could not reach it.

This was a trip with 5 girls who have been friends for over 60 years and we loved the house! Super clean and well stocked. All beds comfortable and bathroom for each bedroom. Paid for hot tub heat wasn’t very warm but when contacted Sea Turtle pool service got issue fixed. Only complaint we had was pool was not vacuumed all week and was pretty dirty on bottom. Would definitely rent this house again!

Thank you for your review!! During the downseason, the pool companies change over to once a week cleaning, and with rental properties, that is normally on Saturday's only. Sandpiper 21 was a great home for our Family of 10 (6 adults, 4 kids)! The house was better than described -- nicely furnished and decorated; kitchen was extremely well stocked for anything you would want to prepare/serve; very clean and well maintained; very nice pool and hot tub; easy/short walk to beach (no busy streets to cross); nice large bedrooms and bathrooms. The rental company staff provided good communications, and were quick to respond to questions/requests. The home is only about a mile walk to Coligny Square which was nice. we would definitely go back, and would strongly recommend this home for up to 12 people.

We met up with two other families for a wonderful few days by the beach. We were 6 adults and 5 kids and were more than comfortable in this spacious and very lovely home. This house is awesome - we had 12 women and having king or twin beds in each bedroom each with their own bath is great. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need including 2 dishwashers and loads of utensils. The only problem we had was the oven was not cleaned and smoked up the whole house - we used the clean button and opened the windows and everything was ok afterwards. We loved this house and hope to stay there again next time.

We had a wonderful time on our first trip to Hilton Head. The house was beautiful, and well situated in an area away from the main crowds. Because it is on a street with no public parking, the beach was much quieter than areas in front of the large resorts. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the pool was wonderful. Lots of room for our family of 11 to spread out. A few minor comments- (perhaps this is common in Hilton Head, but we've never encountered this in other similar rentals): certain supplies were in short supply or absent, such as garbage bags, toilet paper, towels (few for each bathroom, and no beach towels provided), laundry detergent (none), bath soap (none). We were not alerted to this (except the beach towels) ahead of time, and were surprised by the lack of these minor amenities, especially given the cost of the property. But all in all it was a wonderful experience.

My fifth year of organizing a golf trip to Hilton head, this was by far the best property that we've stayed in. We had 8 men comfortably sleeping and occupying the house. Ready to book again next year. A block from the beach and very close to restaurants and entertainment.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful well maintained home. The property description was accurate and the house was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. It was a short walk to the beach and a wagon and beach chairs were provided. The pool is a nice size and we enjoyed using the hot tub.

The house was clean and spacious enough for 11 of us. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Shopping and restaurants were about 1 mile away and were very easy to get to by bike, car or golf cart. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor space very much.
