The property was immaculate and the rental company was very responsive. We had a lightbulb explode and they were there within an hour the fix it. The views are amazing and the location is close to shopping at coligany, restaurants, bike paths and the beach! We will definitely be staying here again!

Location was fantastic being right on the beach and very close to Coligny. Condo was very clean and had a beautiful view. Pool was nice and had a ton of space around it. Only thing that I did not like was I never received a call telling us the condo was ready as the packet I received told us they would. I know they need time to clean the place as there was a 10:00 checkout and 4:00 check in but we came in on a Monday and it did not look like it was rented the day before we came. Would have been nice to get in there earlier and that is a huge selling point too as most people are getting on the island before 4:00. That being said, I would still highly recommend this place and I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful week on Hilton Head Island. The until was clean and well kept. The location was perfect. We love how close it is to everything we love to do. Shopping at Coligny, restaurants, the pool is awesome (my daughter loves the pool!), steps to the beautiful beach and bike trails galore. We never used our car the entire week of our stay!

We have stayed at Shorewood 136 three summers and we love it. The unit is clean, updated, and so comfortable. The pool and grounds at Shorewood are clean and inviting and we love the beach access. We enjoy dealing with Sea Turtle Getaways - they are so accommodating and responsive. The only recommendation we would offer is adding blackout shades to the master bedroom. The natural lighting is wonderful, except when you want to sleep in.

Wonderful condo!!
Shorewood 136 is the perfect place to stay in Hilton Head! The unit is beautifully decorated, nicely furnished, very well maintained and very clean. The couch and chairs all seemed very new and were very comfortable, as were the beds. The kitchen is well-stocked. The view from the balcony is perfect, overlooking the pool and the ocean. Shorewood's location can't be beat. It is an easy walk or bike ride to Coligny and all of the restaurants and shopping, but once you get within the gates of Shorewood it is very quiet and relaxing. The pool is large, clean and we really liked the zero entry for little ones. We loved this condo and I'm sure you would too!!

We have visited Hilton Head periodically for the past ten years. This was the first time staying at Shorewood. We will definitely return. By far one of the top properties we have stayed at. The property is clean and well maintained. The zero entry pool is perfect for our young kids. This unit is immaculate. Very up to date and well maintained. It had everything we needed for our stay including puzzles for our kids. I would recommend staying here and will be back.

Needed a place for two nights last minute while our contractors were finishing our townhouse. Place was beautiful. We've stayed in Shorewood numerous times but never on first level. It still had a great view of the ocean and was great inside!

The unit was clean, well supplied and nicely decorated- exactly as advertised.
The complex was extremely clean and well maintained as well.
I knew the location would be perfect as we had stayed in the area before. Having easy access to the beach was very convenient especially with 3 little ones and all their beach essentials!
Prior to our trip I contacted the management company and every time they were helpful and patient in answering questions and very professional.
The only suggestion I have is that there should be a spray bottle of a general type cleaner left in the kitchen to help keep counters etc clean during the week.

Everything was great, I would make a few suggestions to the unit owners:
1) The hallway bathroom was missing a toilet paper holder so we needed to leave toilet paper on the bathroom counter. 2) They should invest in a Keurig Coffee maker.3) Also the one bathroom was missing a tub stopper so we couldn't use that shower for baths.

This was a great rental, we really enjoyed the condo! Everything was great. Only suggestion would be to add an interior lock on the front door. It looks like when the new keypad as but in, the deadbolt had to be removed. We had to put our cooler, etc. in front of the door in the evenings to make sure our young children did not get out without us knowing. It was not a huge issue, but could be scary if a child opened the door without an adult knowing. Other than that, we were very happy and would return to this condo again for sure!

Very nice villa in a wonderful location on HHI! Perfect for a week long getaway for two couples. Villa was spacious and nicely furnished. The onsite Property Manager was super friendly and helpful. Loved this villa and really like booking with Sea Turtle Getaways for HBO vacation properties.

Shorewood 136 is a beautiful condo. Each room was clean and seemed very newly renovated. The master bedroom had beautifu views of the garden with the ocean. The other bedroom was perfect for our three girls with a twin bed and a queen bed. This unti is listed as a first floor but keep in mind that it is above the "ground" level which is a garage, so you do have to go up a flight of stairs. The property is very well maintained. The pool is the perfect size. We all enjoyed the hottub. And the walk to the beach is pretty and clean. Don't forget to bring beach towels and beach chairs because they are not provided in this condo. We also brought a fold up wagon that was helpful in bringing all our chairs and umbrellas down to the beach. This condo is very close to Coligny Plaza which has a lot of shops and resturants within walking distance. We ate at a different place everynight! We would definitley recommend this condo to family and friends!

This was a clean condo, a very nice place. We'd definitely go back again if we can. It was a very nice view. The only negative was that when we sat out on our deck for morning coffee, lunch, or dinner, we could smell others smoking on their deck. THAT was very frustrating.

My husband, myself and our grandson stayed in this condo early May and we loved it. Very clean, and very nice view of grounds, pool and ocean. We loved sitting on the deck having morning coffee and evening drinks. The pool was the highlight for our grandson, along with beach access for early morning walks and bike rides. Loved it and can't wait to return.

It was overall great. The entrance to our room was flooded from the day we got there. Some days it was worse then others. It was the most inconvenient part of our trip. Wet feet every time we walked in. The linens need to be replaced sooner than later. And my two year old lives at ground level. They need to clean under couches and tables. Other than that, everything was great.

Super location on the beach with the convenience of a city. Easy access to the beach with nice areas to hose off, and all the grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The zero entry pool was nice for our little boys, as well as having a bathroom next to it. It was handy to be right on the bike path with rentals across the road. You can easy walk and bike to anything you need. The condo itself was clean and well kept, with nice views of the pool and ocean.

Selfishly I would say my experience was awful so the condo would be more available to me! However, I have been going to HHI for over 35 years and have even stayed in another unit in the building, but this place has everything you could want or need within walking distance! The condo is beautifully decorated with washer and dryer AND the biggest ice maker so you do not have to keep going to store to get ice for your coolers! Very clean and comfortable, and can't wait to go back!

This was our 3rd year staying at this condo! We look forward to coming each year. Very nice, clean, close to everything! Comfortable! LOVE the pool! Sunrise on the beach! What more could you ask for! The only downfall this year was the construction going on in the condo above us, started at 8 am, very loud. We weren't even able to sit out on our patio like we usually do.

Accommodations were good. However, past rentals had beach chairs, etc for vacationers to use since many of us come from several states away. Half of our family stayed in a unit on the same floor with us that offered beach equipment. This is just a suggestion for future vacationers.

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head at Shorewood Villa. The condo was very clean and a great location. The pool was very nice, we went in every day. The only 2 things I would suggest are new bath towels and the queen size bed could use a new mattress. Other than that, it was a perfect getaway and we plan to stay there again next year!
