We loved the Shorewood Complex. The pool was perfect for our 2 year old (loved the zero-entry). The location was perfect for us. It is close enough to be an easy walk to Coligny either by bike path or on the beach, but far enough from the Coligny public access that the beach was still not very crowded in May when we were there. The unit itself was great (good layout and nicely updated). My main comment/criticism would be that it could use a deep cleaning. It was superficially clean if you didn't look too closely. We purchased a swiffer and cleaned the the floors ourselves because walking on them barefoot left our feet black. The rental company was very responsive with the one issue I called about, and the whole rental process was very easy and stress free. We even rented a full size crib that was setup and ready for us when we got there.

this property was a great location. The condo was up to date and included most amenities. We had to purchase a blow dryer(not supplied) and was not planning to go to grocery but needed to since only 2 days of supplies were available(garbage bags etc., dish soap etc.). Other than a couple inconveniences, it was a great place.

I rented this unit for three winter months and am so pleased with it that i intend to return next year. The location, unit amenities, view, and the service from the management office are superior.

We enjoyed our stay at 310 Shorewood. It has great Ocean Views and is close to the beach. Good sized unit with both bedrooms being a nice size. Bathrooms are a bit dated but that doesn't concern us as much. I would recommend some more dishes/glasses/pans would be nice but that is about it.

overall was great. Bathrooms a little small but workable. the one downside was doors to patio would not lock. We didn't feel as though we were in danger, but they should certainly be repaired. Pool was advertised as heated, but wasn't heated until Monday.furnishings were very nice and comfortable.

Condo was in the Perfect Location and all furnishings are in great shape. We enjoyed the ocean view and the Pool was perfect for our kids. We walked to Coligny several times and rode our bikes into SeaPines. We loved being on the island this time of year when things were less crowded and quiet. My only request is that the property management company would provide more than 1 trash bag for the entire week. The property management company was very easy to work with and accommodated an additional day to our stay.

My family loves Shorewood. The location is great. The proximity and access to the beach cannot be beat. The heated pool is the best condo complex pool on the island. Unit 310 had a simply amazing view of the ocean from both the den and the master bedroom. It was really mesmerizing. I don't think that view can be beat anywhere else on the island either. The unit itself was clean and nice. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The unit had everything we needed. I have stayed in fancier units at Shorewood that had had more recent remodeling done and fancier furniture and decorations, but this unit was very nice and good for a family with children. If there is any area with regard to this unit that could be addressed a little it is probably the bathrooms. They were both pretty small and cramped, even the master bath, and although they were very clean and functional, it was obvious that they have not been remodeled recently. If the owners have a to do list, the bathrooms should be the next thing on it. The shower curtain in the master bath actually needs more immediate attention. Again, it is functional, but I don't know if you could find a cheaper plastic shower curtain anywhere and it seemed to constantly blow into the tub/shower and get in the way. With that said, I hate to even mention one small complaint, because my family and I had a great week and we simply love it every time we stay at Shorewood.

Perfect location! Beautiful view of the ocean and walking distance to food and shopping. Sea Pines is a short drive and is something we checkout everytime we visit the island. The pool was very clean and the kids loved it. The kitchen and bathrooms had a recent update which was very nice. The kitchen could be better stocked with supplies, it had some but we were doing dishes a lot. The villa itself was clean but could use a deep clean, my nine month old was dirty after crawling everywhere. Overall I would definitely rent this villa again!!!

Great condo right on the ocean! Steps to the pool and walkway to the ocean. Inside of condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable. If you need a hairdryer ask for one when checking in.

Shorewood 310 was fantastic! It has a fabulous oceanfront balcony and a wonderful window with 2 chairs inside facing the ocean. I highly recommend this property. The pool was big and clean, and the complex is well kept. Check in and check out was a breeze with Sea Turtle Getaways! Only a few minor things... the floor (which is all tile) could have better vacuumed/swept. There were a few peanuts on the floor when we arrived. Also the remote control to the master bedroom TV was missing. The complex is in a great location and you can easily walk to Coligny Plaza. I would stay here again for sure!

everything was great. great location, you can walk to Coligny center, plenty of restaurants in the area. very clean, pool was very nice, of course, Hilton head beach can't be beat.

We had rented with Sea Turtle Getaways in the past so they were the first realty company I inquired with about availability at the location I wanted. They were very helpful. I had initially made 2 separate reservations for different times of the year, and when I had to cancel one within a few days of making it, there were no problems whatsoever.

Property was as described. Perfect location, oceanfront and great access to the pool/hot tub and beach. We liked that it was secure with security gate to enter the property from the road and the beach. Within walking distance to eating and shopping. I would highly recommend staying here. All the comforts of home.

Great location right on the beach. Very short walk to pool and beach. Very comfortable. Located in a gated community in walking distance to Coligny Beach, shops and restaurants. Sea Turtle Getaways fine folks to deal with. Only issue was that none of the windows open. Crank out windows don't do well in sea breezes.

we had a fantastic stay at 310 Shorewood. the unit was recently updated and it was perfect. all new everything. beds were comfortable, as were the sofas. kitchen fully furnished, washer/dryer was brand new. AC was brand new. and it kept it very comfortable. I think this my be our new place to go every year. Working with Sea Turtle Getaways INC. was very easy. they were great to get along with, provide quick answers to any questions and made check in/out very easy. We will see you guys again soon!

This condo was in a great location right on the beach. But the condo needed some updates. The bathrooms were very old and needed to be updated, especially the bathtubs. The kitchen was surface clean, but felt dirty upon arrival. The coffee pot was disgusting and didn't look like it had ever been cleaned. We got coffee elsewhere. The floors didn't feel clean either. Being all tile, it should have been an easy clean, but upon arrival there was obviously dirt/sand still on the floors. Overall it was a good stay and the view was amazing! I didn't feel like we got our moneys worth though.

This villa provided us with not only all the comforts of home but also the best oceanfront view imaginal. The villa was perfectly clean and had all the supplies we needed. The staff at SEA TURTLE was very friendly and check-in was a breeze

Everything was perfect. We stay in rental properties around the world and this one thought of everything--from the tea kettle, to the rocking chairs by the amazing ocean-view full-wall window. Kitchen is new with every gadget you need to feel at home, renovated bathrooms and new floors make the apartment feel luxurious.
Plus the oceanview is spectacular!
Definitely our favorite property at Hilton Head (the heated jacuzzi is also a big plus!) We look forward to coming back!

This location is great, right on the beach and you can walk to the restaurants and shops. Very busy area so make sure you make a reservation for dinner. As for this property it is a bit dated and needs some new furniture. We also felt that we could of been given more than one towel per person as well.Since this is a family area a pack and play would also be great to have instead of having to rent one.

We spent a great week in Hilton Head Shorewood Villa unit 310. Beachfront condo, beautiful beach and pool, walking distance to Coligny Plaza with lots of shops and restaurants. Condo was great with a few exceptions. As noted in previous reviews the condo just needs a thorough cleaning. Appears clean on the surface but floors need a good scrubbing and overall just deep cleaning. Secondly the two bathrooms are extremely small, small vanities, not much room to move. Kitchen appears newly remodeled, newer appliances. Nice dining and family room, bedrooms and closets with ample space. Do note this condo does not include any beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas or hair dryers so be prepared to bring your own or purchase upon arrival.

We had a very nice week. Overall the villa was clean and had a gorgeous ocean view. The only issue we had was getting the main TV to work, some days it was tempermental. Some of the upholstered furniture could use a good cleaning.

The condo was clean, comfortable, modern with a good view of the ocean and ideally located. I could walk or bike anywhere I needed to go. Did not need a car.

Transportation to and from the airport can be difficult, but I found BeeLine Transportation () to be professional, courteous, and efficient.

We rented 310 Shorewood for a second year in a row this year and it was just as great as last year. The place is recently remodeled and is in brand new condition. brand new A/C also! its easy to work with Sea Turtles Staff also. the facility is excellent, everything is awesome! we've been coming to HHI for 20 years in a row and this is by far the nicest condo and facility we've been in.

Comfortable, 2-bedroom condo with terrific views and easy access to beach, pool & nearby shops. Staff is wonderfully helpful and responsive. Kitchen is small but serviceable as are both bathrooms.

Great time with family! The beach and pool were so close...
However the unit was very dirty and grimy. Kitchen range did not work properly, coffee maker broken and no pot, disposal was on its last leg! Furniture was soiled and dirty! AC worked nicely and the view was spectacular from the unit! Bedding was suspiciously poor!

We had a great time in HHI at Shorewood. Sea Turtle Getaways was great to work with and very attentive to our needs. The condo was just as described and in great shape. Very nice pool and very close to the beach.

Nice unit, perfect location to walkable shopping and eating. Our unit had ocean view and nice balcony. Clean and comfortable. One negative, people were smoking on their balcony near by, and we had to keep our doorwall closed.

We had a wonderful 3 week vacation at Shorewood, HH. The rental unit had fairly resently been updated both bathrooms and kitchen. Also it was very practical decorated, so it was easy to maintain. i never tire of the view and magnificent sun rises, the reason we like the 3 upper floors. Only one negative remark. Letting too many toddlers in the jacuzzi. 12 and under rules completely disregarded. Otherwise all good.

My family and I really enjoyed the location. Walk for two minutes (or take elevator!) to beach and a great pool on the way to the beach. The view of the ocean was great from the deck and in family room the window we could see dolphins and ships. Laundry and kitchen was convenient and we loved the garbage shoot.
