Savannahs cobblestone streets are rich in history.
Here you can tour the city on foot or from a horse
drawn carriage. Savannah is home to one of our America's
great composers Johnny Mercer as well as John Berendt
author of "Midnight in the Garden of Good and
Evil."
Superb history, shopping, dining and sightseeing,
you won't want to miss visiting River Street.
Take Highway 278 West to I-95 South to I-16 West
leads directly to downtown Savannah & River Street.

Beaufort, South Carolina
Chartered in 1711 by the British, Beaufort
is known as the "Queen of the Carolina Sea Islands"
and is the second oldest city in South Carolina.
Horse-drawn carriage rides are offered in
the Historic District that allow you to see the
beautiful historic homes situated on the waterfront
of this 500 year old city. The Historic District
can also be enjoyed on foot. Additional attractions
include shopping, dining, the Waterfront
Park & Parris Island.
Take 278 West off the island and turn right onto
Highway 170 to Highway 21 East. Follow the signs to
the Historic District where you will find ample public
parking. You can reach Beaufort easily in less than
1 hour by car.
